Residential Construction Supervisor

Abalon Construction has been repairing foundations in Western Canada for over 56 years, with offices currently serving Edmonton, Calgary & Winnipeg.

Our Edmonton office is looking for a seasoned construction Supervisor who can help with supervision of residential and commercial foundation repair projects around Edmonton & Surrounding area.

We welcome any NAIT graduates, Foreman, Supervisors or Construction Managers with 5+ years experience in the Residential / Commercial field. Compensation is based on Experience and the range provided is a guide. We specialize in weeping tile, foundation waterproofing, sump pumps,

Valid class 5 drivers license, at least 5+ years of residential construction supervision/management experience.

Daily Job Requirements

• Daily quality control, assistance problem solving, and assisting organizing of equipment, products, and people with help from office coordinator, and main Superintendent in field to manage our workforce.
• Drive a provided work truck daily to multiple sites within the Edmonton & Surrounding area's, assisting crews with problem solving, quality control and efficiency efforts to complete work.
• Expectation is to Inspect around multiple residential sites a day in the field, and complete paperwork in the truck or office.

A company work truck is provided to execute daily tasks, company phone with Data plan, and work tablet. Health Benefits through Sun-life are available after 3 months.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
