Nanny Wanted - Mary Poppins Required For Special Needs Young Adult Woman

I am looking for an experienced PSW who would like to be part of a team that cares for my beautiful 22 year old special needs daughter. She is in a wheelchair and although she is developmentally delayed she is the most wonderful conversationalist. She brings joy to everyone around her. Our home is completely handicapped accessible with elevator and we have a Hoyer Lift. Job would require lifting including transfers from bed to chair, chair to toilet etc. We have a handicapped vehicle for transportation to her programs and day-to-day outings. Being an experienced driver is also a key requirement of this job. This is permanent job that will have a range of hours from 20-44 hours per week dependent on my work and social schedule. Weekend work and some overnights are required. Guest room and own washroom available. Being double vaccinated is also a key requirement since daughter is immune suppressed.
