• Manage complex debt advisory and capital raising projects
• Prepare detailed financial models and cash flow assessments
• Facilitate lender negotiations and handle due diligence
• Build and deliver persuasive client presentations
• Mentor junior staff in transactions and technical skills

Requirements:

• CPA designation required; CFA or CBV is an asset
• More than 5 years in corporate finance or debt finance
• Strong understanding of financing structures and covenants
• Proven experience in client-facing environments
• Excellent project management and negotiation skills
