As a Recruitment Specialist, you will partner closely with property management to create effective recruitment strategies and source high-quality applicants. Your creativity and knowledge of current recruitment trends will help streamline processes and enhance talent acquisition efforts. You will also contribute to community engagement initiatives, ensuring robust recruitment programs. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement innovative recruitment sourcing strategies
- Partner with leadership to address talent needs effectively
- Screen, interview, and check references for candidates
- Serve as a super user for recruitment tools and systems
- Organize job shadowing programs and hiring events
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Recruitment or HR
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in related field preferred
- Prior experience in hospitality or casino sectors preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
