Lead architectural construction for ACCIONA’s Eglinton Crosstown West Extension in Toronto, coordinating finishes, envelopes, and multidisciplinary delivery.As Architectural Construction Project Manager, you will deliver architectural scope across transit stations and associated facilities. The role covers design-build coordination, construction execution, commissioning, and handover within Trillium Rail Partners. You will align architectural works with structural, mechanical, electrical, and rail systems requirements.Key Responsibilities:
Lead architectural delivery from construction through commissioning and handoverManage coordinators, superintendents, and architectural field staffCoordinate finishes with structural, MEP, and rail systemsOversee inspections, mock-ups, meetings, and constrained installationsManage schedules, budgets, forecasts, subcontractors, and change ordersRequirements:
Experience delivering architectural construction scope on infrastructure projectsAbility to coordinate interior and exterior architectural systemsKnowledge of station operational and passenger experience requirementsCapability to resolve deficiencies and constructability challengesExperience managing subcontractor performance and contractual complianceApply architectural leadership, field oversight, and commercial management across ACCIONA’s major Toronto transit infrastructure project.
