Join Covenant House as a Manager in a hybrid position focusing on health and safety compliance and IPAC. Champion workplace safety programs that protect vulnerable youth. Covenant House offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Manager of Health & Safety, IPAC, and Compliance. You will lead key initiatives in occupational health and safety, ensuring compliance with regulations while promoting quality improvement within the organization. This role is essential in safeguarding staff, clients, and volunteers while driving continuous improvement through data analytics in safety practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive occupational health and safety policies
- Conduct audits and monitor compliance within the organization
- Lead WSIB claims management and case support processes
- Provide education on IPAC practices and safety training
- Analyze health and safety data to inform best practices
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in health and safety management
- Relevant post-secondary education in a related field
- Experience in compliance and policy development
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of WSIB legislation and risk management
