Tâches

Préparer des rapports ou des dossiers
Accomplir des tâches administratives et de bureau
Évaluer les besoins des clients et leur admissibilité à des services spécifiques
Effectuer des tâches administratives
Mener des recherches sociales
Mettre en oeuvre des ateliers de dynamique de la vie
Référer les délinquants aux programmes des services communautaires et sociaux
Évaluer les forces et les faiblesses ainsi que les besoins de développement des clients
Faire le suivi des évaluations
Mettre en oeuvre et coordonner la prestation de services précis dans la communauté
Entretien ménager
Préparation alimentaire
Fournir de l'intervention d'urgence et de suicide
Résoudre des situations de conflits
Superviser les activités des clients qui demeurent dans des foyers de groupe et des maisons de transition
Contribuer à la planification avant la libération et de la libération même des contrevenants
Mettre sur pied des programmes de gestion du comportement
Diriger des sessions de counselling à un individu ou à un groupe
Établir un registre des travailleurs d'appui aux personnes ayant des besoins spéciaux
Assurer une liaison avec d'autres services sociaux et services de la santé pour les soins aux clients
Élaborer des modèles logiques d'intervention axée sur la prestation de services et établir des indicateurs de résultats
Tenir des statistiques dans le cadre de programmes à des fins d'évaluation et de recherche
Sélectionner, recruter et former des bénévoles et du personnel des services d'appui
Aider les clients/invités ayant des besoins spéciaux
Accompagner les clients pour leurs rendez-vous et à leurs activités sociales
Gérer des événements
Gérer le savoir
Assurer le mentorat
Manipulation des aliments et sécurité alimentaire
