Manufacturing Engineer at Mauser Packaging

In this role, you'll manage cost reduction initiatives and monitor machine processes to enhance operational efficiency. This position requires you to utilize IIOT and Industry 4.0 tools, ensuring seamless integration of new techniques while training staff and validating improvements. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and document cost-reduction project activities
• Monitor and optimize machine processes with instruction development
• Enhance OEE using downtime tracking tools
• Conduct research for manufacturing process improvements
• Organize and commission modified production lines

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering (manufacturing, mechanical, or industrial)
• Up to 2 years engineering or manufacturing experience
• Proficient in data analysis and Microsoft Office tools
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts
• Self-starter capable of teamwork and independent work
