Fraser Health seeks a qualified Registered Nurse to manage patient access and coordinate bed utilization effectively. You will work collaboratively with various healthcare entities to support patient placements and optimize resource allocation. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee timely patient placement at Fraser Health acute sites
• Consult with the Patient Transfer Network for optimal care
• Provide essential guidance on access policies to staff members
• Analyze trends for effective patient population management
• Contribute to staff education and development
Requirements:
• Current RN registration with BCCNM
• Three years of relevant clinical and leadership experience
• Valid BC Driver's License required
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
• Knowledge of healthcare policies and standards
