Coastal Community Senior VP Digital Strategy

Shape the future of digital banking with Coastal Community as the Senior Vice President of Digital Growth and Innovation. Work remotely in British Columbia, driving member-centric digital strategies for sustainable business growth.
This senior leadership role demands a visionary approach to lead the development of a new digital business line. You will partner with the Chief Information & Digital Officer to determine strategic initiatives in digital banking, data analytics, and payments. Your work will directly impact member engagement and business growth by integrating advanced digital capabilities across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and lead the digital strategy in partnership with the CIDO
• Innovate new digital solutions to enhance member services
• Monitor and allocate budget for digital growth initiatives
• Foster collaborations with different credit union departments
• Lead adoption of data-driven growth strategies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
• Over 12 years of experience in financial services
• A decade of senior leadership in a technology context
• Experience in fintech product management
• Strong knowledge of open banking regulations
Drive forward the digital agenda and help Coastal Community achieve its vision.
