The Role:
As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting executives and ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks. You will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Manage executive calendars and schedule appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Prepare and organize documents for meetings
- Handle incoming communications and respond as necessary
- Assist in project management and follow-up tasks
You will work closely with a dynamic team of professionals, contributing to a collaborative and efficient work environment.
