Spectrum Health Care Project Manager Position

Spectrum Health Care (SHC)

Spectrum Health Care needs a Project Manager to lead Digital and Enterprise Solutions efforts. Drive key initiatives, manage teams, and ensure successful project outcomes. This position requires an experienced project manager to handle complex initiatives within a health services framework. With 3 to 5 years of industry experience and certification like PMP or PRINCE2, you will excel in coordinating project activities. Your ability to translate updates into actionable metrics will be essential. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all stages of complex project initiatives
Maintain Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies
Manage budgets and timelines for multiple concurrent projects
Lead stakeholder meetings for comprehensive project feedback
Document and track project risks with standard mitigation plans

Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in project management
PMP or PRINCE2 certification required
Knowledge of PHIPA, PIPEDA, and other regulations
Expertise in project management software tools
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is essential
