Supplier Quality Lead at Microchip Technology

Your role will influence cross-functional stakeholders while ensuring compliance with industry and company requirements. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead supplier quality initiatives and audits
- Analyze quality failures and drive corrective actions
- Monitor supplier performance metrics and develop improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams for quality evaluations
- Provide mentorship in quality methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 10+ years in supplier or manufacturing quality
- Strong knowledge of Material Science and Mechatronics
- Proven leadership in quality programs and audits
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
