His Renewal Communications Specialist

Lead communications for Brightshores Health System’s HIS Renewal in Owen Sound, using stakeholder engagement and strategic writing skills. This is a full-time temporary position.As Communications Specialist, HIS Renewal, you will support Brightshores’ Oracle Health implementation across all sites. You will develop multi-channel communications, engage diverse stakeholders, and translate technical, clinical, and operational information clearly. Your work will support adoption and organizational readiness throughout the project.Key Responsibilities:
Develop integrated communications and engagement strategiesLead communications through planning, testing, implementation, and stabilizationInform staff, physicians, leaders, and stakeholders about project changesAlign communications with change management and implementation activitiesIdentify emerging communication needs, risks, and issuesRequirements:
Undergraduate degree in communications or related fieldMinimum five years of progressive communications experienceExperience developing strategic, multi-channel communications plansExceptional writing, editing, presentation, and content development skillsProficiency with Microsoft 365 and digital communications platformsApply communications, engagement, and organizational readiness expertise to support Oracle Health adoption across Brightshores Health System.
