Strategic Sourcing Manager Financial Services

Strategic sourcing and supplier management define this Société Générale role across Market Data, Trading Services, and Legal Services categories. The position serves the Americas region.The Sourcing Manager supports SG Americas Sourcing Department while aligning with Global Sourcing in Paris. This role leads sourcing initiatives, commercial evaluations, negotiations, and supplier relationships. It partners with Front Office, Research, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Technology, and Finance stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
Lead sourcing initiatives across three strategic service categoriesManage RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and competitive sourcing eventsConduct spend analysis, benchmarking, and supplier market researchNegotiate commercial agreements, legal terms, and contractual conditionsIdentify savings, supplier optimization, and risk mitigation opportunitiesRequirements:
Understanding of commercial contracting principlesKnowledge of contract lifecycle managementAbility to assess legal, commercial, and operational considerationsExperience preparing sourcing recommendations and executive presentationsAbility to advise stakeholders on suppliers and commercial modelsApply strategic sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management expertise across Société Générale's Americas Market Data, Trading Services, and Legal Services categories.
