Lead North American facilities operations for BMO, applying contract governance and risk management across the office portfolio. Work at 250 Yonge Street.As Director, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for outsourced Facilities Service Providers. You will guide service performance, regulatory compliance, capital planning, and occupant experience across BMO’s North American offices. The role advises senior leaders, manages escalations, and aligns Canadian and US practices.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee outsourced facilities service providers and contractual performanceLead North American service reviews and corrective action plansApprove operating, maintenance, and facilities capital plansManage operational risks, incidents, and emergency response escalationsDrive consistent processes across the office portfolioRequirements:
10+ years of progressive Facilities or Property Management leadershipExperience managing operating and project budgetsExperience managing service provider contracts preferredKnowledge of outsourcing governance and risk managementStrong analytical, communication, influence, and collaboration skillsBring facilities leadership, service provider governance, and risk expertise to BMO’s North American workplace operations.
