Payments Gtm Operations Lead

Build Jobber’s payments growth engine across Canada with GTM operations, strategy, analytics, and cross-functional leadership. The role supports remote employees outside hub cities.As Payments GTM Operations and Strategy Lead, you will establish a new function within Jobber’s Fintech department. You will coordinate Marketing, Sales, Account Management, Customer Support, Risk, Operations, Analytics, and Product Development. Your work will help customers discover and use payments products while accelerating revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:
Map and rebuild the end-to-end payments customer journeyDesign programs and run adoption and usage experimentsDefine payments GTM metrics and accountabilityConnect GTM teams, Product, RevOps, and AnalyticsUse data and insights to measure resultsRequirements:
Operating experience identifying opportunities and mobilizing teamsStrategy experience making data-driven recommendationsUnderstanding of payments and financial services business modelsStrong analytics instincts and stakeholder management skillsExperience designing scalable operational processesLead Jobber’s payments GTM strategy through analytics, experimentation, operational design, and coordinated cross-functional execution across Canada.
