Construction Site Superintendent - General Contractor - Renovation / Fit-Out and Abatement

Job Description

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for interior tenant fit-out and abatement projects.
• Ensure project milestones are achieved within set timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain project progress.
• Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct site inspections to maintain quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Resolve on-site issues and provide solutions to minimize delays or disruptions.
• Communicate project updates to project managers and other relevant parties.
• Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily logs and progress reports.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Site Superintendent should have:

• Experience in site supervision for interior tenant fit-out and abatement projects.
• Knowledge of ICI GC/CM processes and procedures.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the construction industry.
• A proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
