Become a Seasonal Sales Associate at Banana Republic and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Engage with customers to provide service and product knowledge while working in a dynamic retail setting. As an essential part of our team, this role focuses on engaging customers and promoting brand loyalty. You will use your communication skills to enhance the shopping experience by informing and inspiring customers. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a positive work environment and meeting personal and store sales goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Treat customers and colleagues with respect
- Educate customers about loyalty programs
- Drive sales using suggestive selling techniques
- Support various store departments as needed
- Maintain an organized work center
- Minimum age of 16 years
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Eager to learn and use technology tools
- Available for flexible scheduling
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
