Job Description
- Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure timely project completion.
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff.
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations on-site.
- Review and interpret project blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timelines are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues promptly.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Site Superintendent - Commercial should have:
- Proven experience in commercial interior general contracting.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and building codes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with construction management software and tools.
