Senior Data Governance Program Manager

Data governance expertise meets enterprise program execution in a hybrid Toronto, Ontario position supporting a major insurance initiative.As Senior Program Manager, you will lead the ELT Delegate Engagement Program across business segments and functions. The work combines stakeholder engagement, governance operating models, program management, and executive communications. You will help connect governance activities with measurable business outcomes, risk reduction, and enterprise value.Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily execution across business segments and functionsManage milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and outcomesFacilitate onboarding, governance meetings, workshops, and executive briefingsAssess data ownership, critical data, dependencies, and governance gapsPrepare dashboards, presentations, metrics, and leadership updatesRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline7-10+ years overall experience, including five years in enterprise data governanceExperience leading complex initiatives in large regulated organizationsKnowledge of data ownership, stewardship, quality, metadata, lineage, and riskStrong executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skillsBring enterprise data governance, program leadership, and executive communication skills to advance measurable outcomes in Toronto’s insurance sector.
