About the role:  

Reporting to the  Maintenance Superintedent , the Senior Lead, Maintenance is responsible for strengthening maintenance performance, supporting frontline leadership, and driving continuous improvement across the operation.  

The successful candidate is a strong, visible leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trusted relationships across teams.   You bring a structured approach to execution, a passion for developing people, and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
