  • Soutient le recrutement des manutentionnaires de colis : planifie les entretiens, suit les vérifications, appuie le système de suivi des candidats, participe aux salons de l'emploi ou aux événements de recrutement au besoin et communique avec les candidats retenus.
  • Soutient l'embauche des non-manutentionnaires de colis : prépare les guides d'entrevue, téléverse les documents d'entrevue remplis, appuie le système de suivi des candidats et fournit les trousses de dépistage de drogues ainsi que les autres exigences, le cas échéant.
  • Sert la clientèle interne et externe et l'appuie dans les processus liés aux RH : tournées des quais, conformité, tableaux d'information sur les RH, réinitialisation des mots de passe, etc.
  • Tient à jour les dossiers de tout le personnel.
  • Vérifie, révise et traite les formulaires et les documents des ressources humaines.
  • Produit, compile et distribue les rapports des RH.
  • Participe à des projets spéciaux : salons de l'emploi, événements de fidélisation ou de mobilisation, etc.
  • Appuie le service des RH au besoin.
  • Préserve la confidentialité et exécute toutes les tâches selon les politiques et les procédures de l'entreprise. Fonctions essentielles supplémentaires de l'exploitation :
  • Appuie diverses fonctions de gestion et d'exploitation sur le plan administratif : photocopie, classe, télécopie, envoie des courriels et répond au téléphone.
  • Révise, étudie ou saisit des données dans divers systèmes pour appuyer son secteur fonctionnel.
  • Compile des données et remet à la direction divers rapports, réguliers ou ponctuels, pour examen et décision.
  • Assure le service à la clientèle en première ligne : reçoit les demandes et les problèmes des clients, les résout ou les achemine vers les instances supérieures.
  • Aide la direction à mener les activités d'audit d'autoévaluation (BCSA) en récupérant les données ou les fichiers à examiner. Fonctions essentielles supplémentaires d'assurance qualité ou de prévention des pertes.
  • Accélère la livraison et limite les pertes et les dommages : recherche et corrige les adresses dans diverses sources et veille au bon état des colis pour le client.
  • Priorise les flux de travail pour résoudre et expédier le plus de colis possible le jour même.
  • Veille à ce que tous les colis reçoivent les bons statuts de saisie au scanner. Inspecte et traite les matières dangereuses selon la politique. Veille à ce que tous les produits en vrac soient comptabilisés selon la politique de l'entreprise.
  • Enquête sur les colis manquants pour cerner la cause profonde des défaillances de saisie au scanner et compile l'information sur les livraisons contestées pour examen par la direction.
  • Examine et analyse les réclamations pour pertes et dommages afin de repérer les réclamations indûment facturées et de les porter à l'attention de la direction. Fonctions essentielles supplémentaires de transport routier :
  • Révise et saisit toutes les données de règlement des entrepreneurs indépendants (EI) dans le bon système pour garantir des paiements exacts. Saisit les rajustements de règlement selon les directives du gestionnaire.
  • Compile la documentation nécessaire pour créer et tenir à jour les fichiers exigés par le ministère des Transports (DOT). Vérifie la saisie du journal dans le système en temps opportun.
  • Saisit toutes les données de kilométrage des véhicules dans le système et collabore avec les EI et le personnel de transport routier pour corriger tout problème.
  • Surveille divers indicateurs : programme de refacturation des EI, plaintes et conformité de la maintenance. Prépare des rapports hebdomadaires pour l'examen de la direction.
  • Sert de contact initial pour les demandes ou les problèmes liés au règlement, aux uniformes, aux autocollants, etc., et les achemine à la direction pour une résolution appropriée.

Essential Functions

  • Provides support for the Package Handler talent acquisition process (e.g., scheduling interviews, monitoring backFedEx checks, applicant tracking system support, attending job fairs/recruitment events as needed, and contacting selected candidates).
  • Supports Non-Package Handler hiring through preparing interview guides, uploading completed interview documents, applicant tracking system support, drug screen kits and other requirements as applicable.
  • Provides customer service and support for both internal and external customers for HR-related processes (dock walks, compliance, HR information tables, password resets, etc.).
  • Maintains personnel files for all employees.
  • Provides support on auditing, reviewing, and processing the human resources paperwork and forms.
  • Generates, compiles, and distributes HR reports.
  • Participate in special projects, to include job fairs and retention/engagement events, etc.
  • Provides support to HR Department as needed.
  • Must maintain confidentiality and perform all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures. Additional Operations essential functions:
  • Provides clerical support to various management and operational functions, including, but not limited to, photocopying, filing, faxing, emailing and answering telephone
  • Reviews, researches and/or enters data in various systems to support respective functional area
  • Compiles data and provides various regular and adhoc reports to management for review and determination
  • Serves as frontline customer service to receive, solve and/or escalate customer inquiries and issues
  • Assists management with Business Control Self-Assessment (BCSA) audit activity by retrieving data and/or files for review. Additional Quality Assurance/Loss Prevention essential functions:
  • Supports ability for timely delivery and mitigates loss and damage by performing address searches/corrections through various sources and ensuring packages are in good condition for the customer
  • Prioritizes workflow to maximize the number of packages that can be resolved and sent out for delivery in the same day
  • Ensures all packages receive appropriate scan statuses. Inspects and handles hazardous material damages as per policy. Ensures all loose product is accounted for as per company policy
  • Researches missing packages to understand the root cause of scanning failures and compiles information on disputed deliveries for management review
  • Reviews and trends loss and damaged claims filed to identify improperly charged claims and brings to the attention of management Additional Linehaul essential functions:
  • Reviews and enters all Independent Contractor (IC) settlement information into appropriate system to ensure proper payments. Enters settlement adjustments as directed by manager
  • Compiles required documentation to establish and maintain Department of Transportation (DOT)-required files. Verifies timely log entry into system
  • Enters all individual vehicle mileage record information into the system and works with ICs and Linehaul staff to rectify any issues
  • Tracks a variety of metrics, including the IC charge back program, complaints and maintenance compliance and prepares weekly reports for management review
  • Serves as initial contact to receive IC inquiries or issues relating to settlement, uniforms, decals, etc., to route to management for appropriate resolution

Minimum Education

  • High school diploma or GED required.

Minimum Experience

  • One (1) year of experience required in HR clerical support or related area.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Software skills, including use of Microsoft Office software and web-based applications.
  • General business skills such as typing; data entry and review; and use of phone, copier, and fax.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions to complete routine procedures and/or operate standard equipment.
  • Customer service skills necessary to effectively and professionally respond to requests.
  • Verbal and written communication skills necessary to explain complex and/or confidential information.
  • Time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills necessary to work in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks and changing priorities, while maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy to achieve daily assignments and goals.
  • Ability to analyze, review, and make recommendations.
