They are expanding their Ontario presence by adding a Junior Technical Sales Representative to a growing product division.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct 6070 outbound calls daily to identify new business opportunities and book sales visits.
  • Manage a large Ontario territory, focusing on direct sales to manufacturing and industrial clients.
  • Demonstrate technical product knowledge to prospective buyers and find purchase opportunities within the manufacturing process.
  • Manually log all activity within the internal CRM to maintain accurate sales metrics.
  • Collaborate with counterparts in other divisions to share market intelligence and maximize company‑wide penetration.

Qualifications

  • Education: Completed Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory (Business or Arts preferred).
  • Experience: 03 years of experience; we are specifically looking for recent graduates or those early in their sales career.
  • Attributes: Highly competitive, energetic, and capable of concise, professional communication.
  • Requirements: Must possess a valid driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle for client visits.
  • Mindset: Willingness to adhere to a structured, disciplined business process and work schedule.
