La précision des données et l’analyse des anomalies guideront votre travail comme associé, structure de régime, chez Canada Vie. Le poste est permanent à temps plein.
Vous établirez et mettrez à jour les renseignements relatifs aux régimes d’assurance collective dans les systèmes administratifs. Vous examinerez les demandes, validerez les dossiers et contribuerez à l’exactitude des réclamations et de la facturation. Vous gérerez des dossiers courants et complexes.
Responsabilités clés :
- Créer et maintenir les dossiers des nouveaux régimes
- Examiner les demandes et documents justificatifs
- Repérer les renseignements manquants ou incohérents
- Saisir les données dans les systèmes internes
- Réviser votre travail afin de réduire les erreurs
Exigences :
- Grande attention aux détails et précision
- Capacité à analyser l’information et résoudre des problèmes
- Aisance avec plusieurs systèmes informatiques
- Capacité à respecter les échéanciers
- Expérience en administration ou traitement de données
