Analyze compensation and rewards data with Marsh People and Investments in Ottawa, Ontario, supporting clients through a hybrid schedule requiring three office days weekly.
As a Compensation Analyst, you will support senior consultants across Workforce and Rewards projects. You will apply quantitative analysis, market research, data analysis, and presentation design to develop strategic human resource solutions. Your work will span diverse clients and industries, connecting internal needs with external market practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct compensation and rewards market research and analysis
- Analyze strategic, financial, and organizational client information
- Design executive, workforce, and sales compensation structures
- Perform pay equity diagnostics for regulated clients
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior decision-makers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- One to three years' consulting or corporate experience
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
- Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
