Director Global Total Rewards

Shape global rewards strategy at Methanex Corporation in Vancouver, leading compensation, mobility, and HR information systems for a publicly traded company.As Director, Total Rewards, you will report to the Vice President, Human Resources and serve on the Global Human Resources Leadership Team. Lead seven professionals while advising senior leaders and the Human Resources Committee of the Board. The mandate spans executive compensation, broad-based compensation, incentive plans, governance, and global reward programs.Key Responsibilities:
Shape and execute Methanex’s global rewards strategyLead teams across compensation, mobility, and HR systemsAdvise senior leaders and the Human Resources CommitteeOversee benchmarking, governance, and public compensation disclosureAdvance global mobility and long-term HR technology strategyRequirements:
Progressive experience in total rewards leadershipExperience with executive and broad-based compensationExperience designing and administering incentive plansPublicly traded company and Board committee experienceSuperior influencing skills and exceptional people leadershipLead Methanex’s global compensation governance and total rewards strategy through executive pay, mobility, technology, and benefits oversight.
