Asana Engineering Manager - Developer Experience

You will manage a team of engineers, fostering development and enhancing product quality. Your role will involve partnering with design and product teams to turn customer insights into a scalable technical framework while executing both large-scale features and daily improvements. Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor a team of 6-8 engineers and build inclusive rituals
• Collaborate with product and design to define MVPs
• Guide the execution of the team’s work to meet business goals
• Ensure product quality is maintained at a high level
• Engage with customers to inform product decisions

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years in a relevant engineering role
• Experience with SDKs, APIs, or developer tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity effectively
• Interest in AI technologies and their applications
