Drive regional branch banking performance through sales leadership, market expansion, product penetration, and high-quality customer service delivery.As Senior Sales Manager – Current Account, you will lead a defined region’s branch growth agenda. The position combines team management, customer acquisition, float activation, and full P&L accountability. Your work supports strategic objectives for the branch banking business.Key Responsibilities:
Expand branch footprint across high-potential marketsIdentify opportunities for current accounts and asset productsConduct product training and team refreshersResolve customer queries and service issues effectivelyRefine strategies using competitor analysis and feedbackRequirements:
Graduate qualification in any disciplineSeven years of relevant sales experience in bankingBranch banking or current account acquisition experience preferredStrategic thinking focused on execution and resultsStrong organizational and problem-solving capabilitiesBring regional sales leadership, competitor analysis, and service quality focus to current account growth within branch banking.
