Marketing/Communications Coordinator

- Contract Position: Communications & Social Media Coordinator A flexible, part-time communications role supporting mission-aligned digital outreach
- Hours: Approximately 10-15 hours per week
- Location: Remote, with occasional meetings

Role Overview:
We are seeking a contract team member who shares this passion and wants to use their communication and creative skills to help CBS reach and engage more people.
The Communications & Social Media Coordinator will support Community Bible Study Canada by creating clear, engaging, and mission-aligned communication across digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, and excited about helping people discover and participate in Bible study communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and schedule content for CBS social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, in partnership with the head office.
- Assist with communication projects, including email campaigns, announcements, and promotional materials. CRM experience, and website management experience helpful.
- Support ongoing and seasonal campaigns that highlight CBS programs, events, and stories. Collaborate with CBS staff to ensure consistent messaging and branding. Help with light project coordination and administrative tasks related to communications.
- Contribute creative ideas to strengthen CBS Canada's digital presence and outreach. Qualifications Passion for the mission of Community Bible Study and a heart for helping people engage with Scripture.
- Strong written communication skills with an eye for clarity and tone. Experience managing social media platforms for an organization, ministry, or brand. Ability to work independently, manage time well, and meet deadlines. Comfortable with basic design tools.
- Organized, proactive, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
