Field Operations Superintendent at JCB

Manage field operations efficiently as a Superintendent with JCB. Oversee day-to-day job site activities, ensuring safety compliance and effective supervision of teams and subcontractors. In this strategic role, reporting to the Vice President of Field Operations, you will lead all daily operations at assigned job sites. Your responsibilities will include planning, supervising work teams, and coordinating essential materials and equipment. Close collaboration with the Project Manager will ensure that project goals are met. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper site planning and daily supervision
• Lead and motivate work teams, including subcontractors
• Plan project material and labor requirements
• Update project schedules and communicate changes
• Capture daily reports to track project progress

Requirements:

• Diploma of Vocational Studies in construction or related field
• At least ten years of experience as a Superintendent
• Competence in overseeing large-scale projects
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
• Committed to maintaining health and safety standards
