Part Time Fork Lift Operator

Job Responsibility:
Overview:We are currently seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team. This will be a Part-Time role between the hours of 2pm and 6pm.
Duties:- Co-Ordinate with the Trucking Manager / Dispatcher to identify freight for loading- Perform order picking and staging freight for loading trucks- Offload incoming freight from our own trucks and Load for next day operations- Conduct routine maintenance checks on the forklift to ensure its proper functioning
Requirements:- Prior experience operating a forklift in a warehouse environment- Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate equipment safely- Proficiency in basic math for inventory counting and order fulfillment- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with the forklift- Familiarity with warehouse management systems for order tracking and inventory control- Experience with order picking and managing warehouse distribution is a plus
