Senior Energy Infrastructure Project Manager

Lead energy infrastructure projects with Gibson Energy from Calgary, Edmonton, or Hardisty, applying engineering design and project management expertise. This permanent full-time role requires approximately 25% travel.As Senior Project Manager, you will oversee larger growth and maintenance capital projects across Gibson Energy facilities. You will guide multidisciplinary teams through initiation, design, construction, commissioning, and closeout. The work emphasizes safe, reliable, practical solutions for operational and business needs.Key Responsibilities:
Lead assigned capital project portfolios across multiple facilitiesDrive performance in EH&S, cost, schedule, quality, and technical deliveryDirect engineering and construction contractors on execution and technical decisionsManage risks and resolve complex project challengesCoach Project Managers and Project EngineersRequirements:
Engineering degree and Professional Engineer designation in good standing15+ years developing, designing, and constructing energy infrastructure projectsExpertise in scope, cost, schedule, and risk managementStrong communication and influencing skills across multidisciplinary stakeholdersAbility to mentor teams and manage competing priorities independentlyUse engineering leadership, risk management, and contractor direction to deliver Gibson Energy projects across diverse facilities.
