Creative Colour Director for Men's Line

Become the Creative Colour Director for Men's at Arc’teryx, based in North Vancouver. Drive the colour vision with a focus on innovation and aligning with regional market preferences. This on-site position will immerse you in the Colour & Graphics Team, where you will lead the creative direction for Men’s collections. Your role will involve developing seasonal palettes and collaborating with various teams to enhance product flow and guest experience. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the overall brand identity. Key Responsibilities:
- Establish best practices for colour quality assurance
- Forecast and develop colour direction for product collections
- Collaborate with merchandising on retail assortment strategies
- Mentor colour designers throughout the creative process
- Create palettes informed by global trends and sociological insights
- 7+ years of experience in colour design, including leadership
- Strong knowledge and acuity in colour theory
- Proven ability in delivering successful commercial collections
- Expertise in Adobe suite for visual presentations
- Awareness of retail buying processes and timelines
