Position Overview:

Luxolis is seeking a dynamic and experienced Software Project Manager to oversee our AI and 3D projects with clients in South Korea and India. This role will be pivotal in managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will have a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and manage end-to-end software development projects, from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in South Korea and India, fostering strong relationships and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
• Resource Allocation: Coordinate with internal teams, including developers, designers, and engineers, to allocate resources effectively and optimize project efficiency.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues within projects and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.
• Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure that deliverables meet Luxolis' standards and exceed client expectations.
• Travel Requirement: Travel between South Korea and India on a rotational basis, spending approximately three weeks in each location, to oversee project progress, conduct client meetings, and collaborate with local teams.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes, to track progress and facilitate effective communication.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project management efficiency and effectiveness.
• Team Leadership: Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in software project management, preferably in the AI or 3D technology sector.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel between South Korea and India for approximately three weeks in and three weeks out.
• Proficiency in English; proficiency in Korean and/or Hindi is a plus.
