Loblaw Pharmacist - Community Focused
Loblaw Companies Limited
Make a difference at Loblaw Companies Limited as a Pharmacist dedicated to exceptional patient care. Support Canadians' health by providing accurate medication management and education, enhancing the customer experience. This position requires a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacist license. You will be responsible for preparing, dispensing, and controlling medications while ensuring sufficient inventory levels. Community outreach through public health initiatives and educating customers will also be key parts of your role. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and dispense medications accurately to patients
- Manage medication inventory levels effectively
- Counsel patients about new and existing medications
- Educate customers through public health initiatives
- Provide timely resolutions to patient and doctor inquiries
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required
- Class A Pharmacist license mandatory
- Strong customer relations and professionalism skills
- Leadership abilities in pharmacy settings
- Proficiency in pharmacy computer systems like Healthwatch or KROLL
