Job Title: Warehouse Lumper
Location: Markham, ON
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8: 30am start time - shifts range from 4-6 hours depending on containers.
Pay : Flat Rate
We are currently seeking a Warehouse Lumper to join a busy manufacturing environment i n Markham . This role will assist with unloading shipping containers in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
This assignment is ideal for individuals who are comfortable performing physically demanding work and can maintain productivity while following safety procedures and directions from onsite supervisors.
Responsibilities:
- Safely unload products and materials from inbound shipping containers.
- Move, sort, organize, and stage inventory within designated warehouse areas.
- Assist with palletizing, stacking, and preparing products for storage or distribution.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the assignment.
- Follow all warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
- Perform additional general warehouse duties as assigned by the onsite contact .
Requirements:
- CSA approved safety shoes required
- Lift, carry, push, and pull products throughout the shift.
- Lifting up to 50-60 lbs
- Frequently bend, twist, reach, and squat.
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Work efficiently in a warehouse environment while maintaining attention to safety.
- Handle repetitive tasks and maintain a steady work pace.
