Bilingual Food & Beverage Supervisor Role

Join the Marriott Château Champlain team as a Bilingual Food & Beverage Supervisor. Manage daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and lead the staff at the vibrant Belvu Terrace. This full-time position is available from April to October 2026. You will report to the Director of Food & Beverage Outlets and work closely with the Terrace Manager. Your effective management will guarantee a high-quality service experience, while your problem-solving abilities will help address any issues that arise. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and team supervision
  • Maintain excellent guest satisfaction levels
  • Conduct staff training and evaluations
  • Manage inventory, schedules, and reservations
  • Remain accessible to guests at all times
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Bilingual in French and English required
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and adaptability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management systems
