Tâches principales
- Cartographier les flux de travail dans estimation, gestion de projet, comptabilité planification et production.
- Définir et implanter les meilleures pratiques pour une utilisation complète du système.
- Remplacer les feuilles Excel par un processus de devis automatisé dans SAP.
- Évaluer l’intégration de Portal ou la création d’une API.
- Déterminer quels milestones doivent être conservés, modifiés ou éliminés.
- Identifier les lacunes et former estimation, PM et planification (au besoin).
- S’assurer que tous les processus respectent les exigences financières.
- Créer des guides, procédures et standards internes.
- Mesurer l’adoption, la qualité des données et les gains d’efficacité.
- Conseiller sur la structure d’affaires et les ajustements nécessaires pour soutenir la croissance.
Qualifications
- CPA ou formation comptable OU expérience équivalente en comptabilité/finance.
- Connaissance SAP B1 OU d’un ERP connexe (Epicor, NetSuite, Odoo, etc.).
- Baccalauréat en comptabilité OU finance
- Capacité d’analyse structurée ET bonne capacité de vulgarisation verbale et écrite.
- Rigueur et autonomie.
Profil recherché
- Sait dire non et réaligner les équipes lorsque nécessaire.
- Est un “doer”. Capable d’exécuter, pas seulement de recommander.
- Tient à son rôle et ne plie pas sous la pression.
- Comprend la structure d’affaires et peut recommander des ajustements pour l’aligner avec SAP B1.
- Travaille pour les objectifs de l’entreprise. Sans rôle de direction, mais avec une influence fonctionnelle.
- Communique clairement et relie les équipes entre elles.
- Est extrêmement autonome (car nous n’avons pas cette compétence à l’interne).
