Were looking for a motivated relationship-focused professional to help grow and support our online client community.
This is a remote independent contractor opportunity. Youll be responsible for both introducing prospective clients to our programmes and supporting them as they begin their learning journey.

About the role
This position combines client acquisition with ongoing client support.
Youll connect with prospective clients learn about their goals introduce suitable educational programmes and guide them through the enrolment process. After enrolment youll help ensure clients feel welcomed supported and engaged as they begin their journey.
Were looking for someone who enjoys building genuine relationships communicates professionally and is comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Connect with prospective clients and conduct discovery conversations to understand prospective clients goals
- Onboard new clients and provide a positive introduction to our programmes.
- Build ongoing relationships that encourage engagement and retention.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM and digital communication platforms.
- Collaborate with remote team members to deliver a consistent client experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in business development customer success sales account management recruitment consulting or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build trust and develop professional relationships.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
- Comfortable using digital collaboration and CRM platforms.
- An interest in personal development and lifelong learning.
