This role is not a traditional nanny position, our kids are 11 and 13 so not babies anymore. It is designed for someone who wants more independence, can be a role model for our kids and can support them with evening activities (and join in....think drop off at grouse for mountain biking on the north shore, hanging at the scooter/skate park, and taking the kids to the ski hill after school in the winter).
