Design underground pipeline systems in Calgary with Equinox Engineering Ltd., using wall thickness calculations and multidisciplinary engineering judgment. This full-time position supports global projects.Equinox seeks intermediate and senior-level Pipeline Engineers for its Piping Engineering department. You will deliver pipeline engineering, design, and execution across concept, detailed engineering, and construction support. Your work includes specifications, alignment sheets, routing analyses, crossing designs, and pipeline calculations. You will collaborate with global teams across Canada, Australia, the USA, and India.Key Responsibilities:
Design and specify underground pipeline systemsPerform wall thickness, buoyancy, and hydrotest calculationsDevelop alignment sheets, routing analyses, and crossing designsCoordinate stress requirements and resolve technical issuesSupport construction, procurement, and project executionRequirements:
Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering degreeFive years of pipeline engineering experienceThree years of recent EPCM pipeline experienceExpert-level knowledge of CSA Z662Experience with NPS 3 to NPS 42 projectsApply pipeline design expertise, engineering calculations, and CSA Z662 knowledge to Equinox projects from Calgary.
