Garden Centre Lead Merchandiser Position

As the Seasonal Lead Merchandiser, you will lead a team of seasonal workers from early April to June. Your main tasks include driving visual merchandising, ensuring high-quality customer interactions, and training staff on product knowledge. Create an inspiring environment for both customers and your team. Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and develop the merchandise team
• Design and maintain captivating product displays
• Oversee timely unloading and stocking of inventory
• Ensure inventory levels meet quality standards
• Offer knowledgeable support to customers

Requirements:

• 2 years' experience in merchandising or leadership
• Ability to work actively in an outdoor setting
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in technology and reporting tools
