Ecosystem Partnerships Manager Gusto

Build Gusto’s trusted investor ecosystem through program design, portfolio engagement, and measurable partnerships across venture capital and private equity.This manager leads Gusto’s ecosystem partnership motion within the broader Partnerships organization. You will balance relationship depth with scalable programs, including portfolio company engagement, founder and operator education, and platform integrations. Success requires collaboration across Partner Marketing, Events, Sales, Recruit, and other Partnerships teams.Key Responsibilities:
Build repeatable ecosystem partnership programsDetermine one-to-one and scaled partner engagementCoordinate scalable programs with Marketing and EventsAlign net-new partner sourcing with RecruitRepresent Gusto across the VC and PE ecosystemRequirements:
Background in program design or portfolio engagementExperience with platform partnerships and ecosystem developmentProven leadership of complex cross-functional initiativesStrong judgment about investment prioritiesSecure, reliable internet when working outside Gusto officesUse program design, portfolio engagement, and ecosystem expertise to extend Gusto’s reach through trusted investor partners.
