DMS Architect for Legal Applications

As a DMS Architect at Opensity, you will interact with clients to ensure successful DMS project delivery while leveraging robust communication skills. Your expertise will encompass installation, upgrades, and maintenance of applications like iManage and NetDocuments, plus cloud migration services. This role plays a crucial part in supporting diverse clients across the US.

Key Responsibilities: • Engage with clients to gather requirements and deliver solutions • Customize and maintain legal DMS platforms and modules • Conduct comprehensive cloud migrations for DMS projects • Provide tier 3 application support for iManage and NetDocuments • Troubleshoot and resolve system and integration issues

Requirements: • Over 10 years in legal DMS, particularly iManage or NetDocuments • Extensive experience with iManage server applications • Proficient in Windows Server and SQL database management • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field • Strong understanding of legal desktop applications
