Poste : planificateur de production / agroalimentaire
Lieu de travail : Laval – 100 % présentiel
Horaire travail : lundi au vendredi de jour- 40h semaine
- Bonus annuel jusqu'à 10 %
- Assurance complète payée à 50 % par l'employeur
- REER avec cotisation de l'employeur 3 %
- 3 semaines de vacances Profil recherché : - Au moins 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste de planificateur de production en agroalimentaire
- Très bonne connaissance d’Excel
Les responsabilités : - Planifier à court et moyen terme les activités de production
- Gérer l'équilibre entre capacité, inventaire, saisonnalité et demande du marché
- Revoir les min-max, anticiper les tendances de commandes et prévenir les ruptures
- Optimiser les processus internes et mettre en place des KPIs
- Assurer la coordination entre les départements et épauler l’équipe de planification
- Être présent sur le plancher et dans les rencontres opérationnelles
