The Role

We are looking for a Registered Physiotherapist who wants to do high-quality rehabilitative work with clients who are motivated, referred, and ready to put in the effort. At CARESPACE, you will carry a full caseload, work alongside practitioners across twelve disciplines, and spend your sessions on clinical work — not chasing authorizations or managing empty hours.

This is not the insurance-driven model where your treatment plan is dictated by a third party. You assess, you diagnose, you design the plan. We handle everything else.

What You Will Do

• Assess and treat musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiorespiratory conditions across the lifespan
• Design and progress individualized treatment and exercise rehabilitation plans
• Collaborate with other CARESPACE practitioners on coordinated care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in our practice management system
• Participate in team rounds and contribute to the internal referral network
