Senior Electrical Engineer for Innovative Distribution Solutions

In this vital position, you will guide the development and implementation of electrical distribution infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Your role includes fostering an environment of innovation and excellence by mentoring junior engineers and leading strategic design initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily operations of the distribution team
• Develop detailed design packages with timelines
• Resolve engineering issues through independent research
• Ensure stakeholder satisfaction through effective communication
• Mentor junior staff and strengthen team standards
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in engineering with Distribution focus
• P.Eng designation or eligibility with EGBC
• Familiarity with electric distribution systems up to 35kV
• Proficiency in design and analysis software
• Travel flexibility within Western Canada
Utilize your extensive experience to drive innovative solutions and mentor the next generation of engineers in electrical distribution.
