The responsibility of the Rehab Service Technician is to meet and exceed customer expectations through the provision of quality workmanship in a timely manner. Responsible for technical service and coordinating assembly of Home Health Care/Rehab power and mobility equipment with customers and vendors.

Here’s Where You’ll Have An Impact

Customer Service

• Manage Home Health Care/Rehab Equipment Repairs
• Ensure parts required for repair are in stock
• Perform Custom Modifications – access, assemble, install Scooters/Wheelchairs
• Research parts for quotes for vendors/customers
• Coordinate service department for customer appointments
• Share technical expertise with team and clients
• Maintain inventory records
• Installation of wheelchair accessories
• Provide technical support to Field Service Technicians
• Other duties as assigned by the Rehab Manager

Personal/Professional Development

• Adhere to all company Health & Safety guidelines, policies and regulations
• Attend all training and certification courses
• Maintain required certification

What You Bring To The Table

• Valid driver’s license and clean abstract
• Knowledgeable Computer skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Strong communication, customer service
• Strong organizational skills interpersonal
• Knowledge of the experience in the rehab and mobility industry
• High school or equivalent
• Related industry experience
• Two-person lift required for weights exceeding 50lbs
• Physical work including; but not limited to bending, lifting, and reaching
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be bondable and have a clean driving abstract
• Ability to use mechanical tools (repair, adjust wheelchairs & related products)
