Responsibilities

• Support the store manager in overseeing store management activities to maximize results and in conjunction with the store manager.
• Set goals and clearly communicate expectations to the management team.
• Act as a mobilizer.
• Ensure consistency in personnel management.

Qualifications

• Priority management and financial management skills.
• College diploma combined with 3 years of retail management experience.
